1. Overview
You can delete your Xaitok account and request removal of your data. There is no form on this page. Use the in app control or the email link below. After verification your data is deleted from active systems and fully removed within 30 days including backups.
2. Delete from the App
Open Xaitok and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm. This starts deletion right away.
3. Request by Email
You may request deletion by email if you prefer.
- Send an email to support@xaitok.com.
- Subject line must be Delete my data permanently.
- Include the email address that you used in the app.
4. What We Delete
When your deletion request is verified, we remove the following from our systems:
- Account data such as your email and profile information.
- Conversation history including messages and corrections.
- Audio related data such as recordings, transcripts, and pronunciation feedback that we store.
- Favorites, saved items, and learning progress.
- App preferences and settings tied to your account.
- Internal purchase records tied to your account in our database. Store providers may still retain their own purchase records.
- Support requests and attachments that are linked to your account.
- Any tokens or keys associated with your sessions.
5. Timing
Deletion from active systems begins after we confirm the request. All associated data is removed completely within 30 days, including backups.
6. Verification
We may contact you at the email address on file to confirm the request. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion.
